Personal & Professional Development

Reflecting, reorienting, shaping
your self, your path, your role

Do you sometimes feel that your current path no longer quite fits your values and aspirations?

That your professional role and your deeper needs for impact or meaningfulness lack a sense of alignment?

You sense that more is possible? More agency, more meaning, more resonance with the world around you? But while there are many options and reasonable suggestions, you are not sure which direction would best fit your aspirations, values, needs and constraints.

Perhaps this is a moment to pause: To create space for your thoughts and listen more carefully to your inner restlessness. To develop a more coherent and authentic sense of direction.

Coaching can be a catalyst in this process: a reflective space in which you can explore, question and reorient yourself.

My Approach

I see coaching as a structured yet open process. It does not offer advice but lets new perspectives emerge from your own experience, values and resources.

We explore:

I work with questions rather than ready-made answers, with attention and depth of exploration rather than quick solutions. But at the end of 5-10 sessions of coaching you will have developed some meaningful aims and steps to implement them.

Experience & Perspective

In over 30 years of working with universities and organisations across Europe,
I have seen again and again: Change begins with individuals: With their willingness to reflect. To question assumptions. To actively shape a new path.

My interest in personal development began early – perhaps through the many relocations during my childhood. Each new place challenged previous givens. What seemed natural in one context could feel out of place in another. Roles are not given but shaped by oneself. Only if they resonate with your beliefs, needs and values can you play them without undermining yourself.

I have always been fascinated by the human capacity to reimagine oneself, to move beyond the familiar, to expand one’s horizons. Supporting this movement in others – recognising it, strengthening it, sometimes even helping to release it – is what I find most meaningful in my work and life.

Who I work with

I work with people at different stages of their journey:
  • experienced leaders reflecting on their role and direction
  • individuals in moments of transition or change
  • young professionals searching for a path that feels truly their own

The twenties and thirties, in particular, are often a time of intense exploration: Values take shape, strengths emerge, priorities shift, choices create paths. But not every early decision leads to a fulfilling path. And the world can sometimes feel more constrained than you had imagined. My role is to support you expand your sense of the possible again, consider your strengths and constraints, review your dreams and assumptions, and help you develop a path that feels both authentic and sustainable.

I work with curiosity, openness and respect. With a genuine interest in understanding your perspective. Convinced that clarity often emerges when we allow space for the right questions.

Invitation

If you feel that this might be the right moment to reflect and explore yourself and your path, coaching can support this process.
